Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or if the product has not been processed or shipped within the time frame agreed. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

Returns

Full details of delivery and returns are presented on the delivery tab for each individual product. It is your responsibility to check delivery, timelines and return policies for the product you are ordering to avoid any disappointment.

Returns will be processed across all products in extreme cases such as:

  • The customer received a damaged or incorrect product: In the case that a customer reports a damaged or incorrect product, the customer will be required to submit photo evidence within 15 days of receiving the item. If there is no claim If the claim is approved, the supplier is responsible for paying the return shipping charges and for replacing or refunding the order. If the product packaging is damaged but the product itself is intact, the recipient must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.

  • The shipment was returned to the supplier due to an incorrect address: In the case that a reshipment is required due to an address entry error on the customer's end, this additional shipping cost will be covered by the retailer.

How to return

If you believe you are illegible for a return please contact us directly for the full procedure. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
